| Click on the Line 1 tab at the top of the page. The configuration of Line 1 depends on whether the Sipura has a fixed or dynamic public IP address:
Fixed IP address (use these settings if your IP address is fixed by your ISP)
- NAT settings
- NAT Keep Alive Enable = No
- Proxy and Registration
- Proxy = sip.dualtalk.com
- Outbound proxy = [blank]
- Register = No
- Use Outbound proxy = No
- Make Call Without Reg = Yes
- Answer Call Without Reg = Yes
- Subscriber information
- User ID = [Any number. Each Line must have a unique number.]
- Use Auth ID = No
- Supplementary Service Subscription
- Audio Configuration
- G729a Enable = No. (If you are only using one port on the device, you can set this for "Yes" for improved audio quality. But, the Sipura only allows one concurrent Low Bitrate Call when this codec is enabled.)
- DTMF Tx Method = INFO
- Hook Flash Tx Method = INFO
Dynamic IP address (use these settings if your ISP regularly changes your public IP address)
Make sure that your DUAL Talk account has been configured for dynamic IP addresses. If you did not do this while setting up your account, then set this option now at the Access Methods area of My DUAL Talk; the online account management system.
